中医骨伤推拿基本手法技术规范(标准)研究

摘　　要：目的:试行建立中医骨伤推拿基本手法技术规范(标准)。方法:采用联网数据库检索及人工对教材、专著检索、问卷调查、临床测评和专家论证等综合分析、评价方法。结果:从CNKI、万方和中医药数据库中检出手法频次分别为3326、12864和8131,从81本骨伤推拿教材、专著中检出手法196种。回收有效问卷276份(92%),88·0%的人支持建立此规范(标准)。在确定骨伤推拿基本手法范围、条目和框架基础上,编制了首部骨伤推拿基本手法技术规范(标准)。经16个省市23家医院151名骨伤推拿专家的综合测评,认为技术指标适当的频次达80532/84554(95·3%)。结论:研究、编制首部中医骨伤推拿基本手法技术规范(标准),对于骨伤推拿手法临床应用的有效性、安全性和民族文化遗产保护都具有十分重要的意义。Objective：To study and constitute standardized technical criterion of Chinese manipulative therapy.Methods： Network databank and manual searches to medical journals,textbooks and monographs,questionnaire investigation,clinical testing and expert argumentation were used to make general analysis and evaluation.Results： The frequencies of Chinese manipulative therapy searched are 3326,12864 and 8131 from databank CNIK,Wanfang and Chinese medicine and pharmacology.196 kinds of Chinese manipulative techniques were found from 81 textbooks and monographs.Standardization of Chinese manipulative techniques was supported by 88.0% of professionals of this field.The first standardized technical criterion was constituted and tested by 151 experts of Chinese orthopedics and manipulative therapy from 23 hospitals of 16 provinces and 95 per cent of them were affirmative to the criterion.Conclusion： The first standardized technical criterion was established and it will redound to the effect and safety of clinical application of Chinese manipulative therapy.
