摘　　要：目的研究用掌侧钢板治疗复位不全的桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法对30例复位欠佳的桡骨远端骨折患者进行治疗,用掌侧锁定钢板进行切开复位内固定。符合严格纳入标准的患者在骨折后3个月被纳入本研究,在术后3、6及12个月分别进行评估。疗效评价包括放射学参数、握力、术后握力、腕关节活动范围。结果患侧腕关节屈伸、旋转能力在术后3个月已经基本恢复。术后X线片显示骨折复位接近解剖复位,并且尽管腕部进行了早期活动,1年随访时仍能够维持不变。结论本研究显示掌侧锁定钢板在用于治疗复位欠佳的桡骨远端骨折时可提供有效固定。Objective To study the use of volar plate fixation of distal radius reset incomplete fractures. Methods All 30 patients with poor reduction in patients with distal radius fractures treated with volar locking method for open reduction and steel plate fixation. Meeting the strict inclusion criteria patients the fracture were included in the study after 3 months, in 3,6 and 12 months were evaluated. Clinical evaluation including radiological parameters, grip strength, postoperative grip strength, wrist range of motion. Patients to assess the efficacy and use tables （ Michigan hand function questionnaire table ） for evaluation of hand function after surgery. Results Ipsi]ateral wrist flexion and extension, rotation capacity after 3 months has been restored. Postoperative X-ray showed fractures near the anatomic reduction, and despite the wrist for the early activity, reduction in the one-year follow-up was still able to remain unchanged. Conclusion This study shows that the volar locking steel plate in the treatment of poor reduction of distal radius fractures can provide an effective fixed.
