肌肤生联合微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察肌肤生联合微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的效果。方法将我院2008年9月～2009年5月收治的200例中重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为A组和B组各100例,A组应用微波治疗,B组应用肌肤生联合微波治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果 B组的总有效率明显高于A组,且与A组比较,B组术中及术后出血量少,阴道排液时间短,治疗时间短(P<0.05)。结论肌肤生联合微波治疗中重度宫颈糜烂具有安全可靠、简便易行、无副作用、疗效短、治愈率高等特点,值得推广和应用。Objective To observe the effect of Jifusheng and microwave treatment severe cervical erosion. Methods All 200 patients were randomly divided into A group and B group 100 cases in our hospital from September 2008 to May 2009. A group was uesd microwave therapy, B group was uesd Jifusheng and microwave treatment, and to compare the effect between two groups. Results The total effective rate of B group was significantly higher than the A group, and compared with A group, B group had less intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, less vaginal discharge short treatment time （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Jifusheng and microwave treatment severe cervical erosion has a safe, reliable, simple, no side effects, efficacy of short, high cure rate features, and it is promoted and applied.
