多层螺旋CT重建技术在鼻骨骨折中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT重建技术在鼻骨骨折中的诊断方法及临床价值。方法:对2009年6月～2011年6月本院CT检查并确诊的鼻骨骨折患者309例的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:184例单侧鼻骨骨折(92例单侧单纯线样骨折,77例单侧伴有移位的线样骨折,15例单侧粉碎性骨折);另外125例为双侧鼻骨骨折。本组中77例伴有鼻中隔骨折,69例伴有上颌骨额突骨折。结论:多层螺旋CT重建技术对于鼻骨骨折具有重要的临床诊断价值。Objective：To explore the diagnostic methods and clinical value of the MDCT reconstruction technique in nasal bone fractures.Methods：309 cases of nasal bone fracture patients who were confirmed by CT examination from June 2009 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：184 cases were unilateral nasal bone fractures（92 cases were unilateral pure line kind of fracture,77 patients with unilateral displaced line kind of fracture,15 cases of patients with unilateral comminuted fracture）;Another 125 cases of double the lateral nasal bone fractures.In the 77 patients with nasal septum fractures,69 cases with the maxilla fractures.Conclusion：MDCT reconstruction technique for the nasal bones fracture has important clinical diagnosis value.
