双侧上尿路结石同期经皮肾镜碎石术的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨双侧上尿路结石同期经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)患者的护理措施。方法:分析12例B超引导下双侧上尿路结石同期PCNL术患者的临床资料及护理方法,常规术前护理,术中严格监测患者生命体征,术后对肾穿刺造瘘管、双J管、尿管、并发症进行观察和护理。结果:本组12例24侧均一期双侧成功行PCNL术,均无严重并发症发生。住院时间为9～22d。结论:术中严格监测患者生命体征、术后各导管及并发症的观察和护理是双侧上尿路结石同期PCNL的护理重点。Objective：To evaluate the nursing care of patients with simultaneous bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL）for bilateral upper urinary calculus. Methods： Clinical data and nursing care of 12 patients who performed simul- taneous bilateral PCNL under ultrasonic guidance for bilateral upper urinary calculus were reviewed. Taking routine preoperative nursing care, monitoring the vital sign during the operation. Observation and nursing care were taken for the puncture stoma tube of the kidney, double J tube, ureter and complication after operation. Results： The simultaneous bilateral PCNL were successfully performed all cases, no serious complication were occurred. The hospitalization time was from 9 to 22 days. Conclusions： The key nursing care of patients with simultaneous bilateral PCNL including monitoring the vital sign during the operation and all duct, complication after operation.
