摘 要:目的:比较不同切口对全髋关节置换术患者的影响。方法:选取2008年1月~2010年12月于本院进行治疗的72例全髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(常规手术组)36例和B组(微创小切口手术组)36例,后将两组患者手术前后的血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α及D-二聚体水平进行检测及比较。结果:术后1d及3dB组的血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α及D-二聚体水平均低于A组,P均<0.05,均差异有统计学意义。结论:微创小切口全髋关节置换术可减轻患者的炎性反应,降低对机体的刺激,避免血栓的发生。Objective:To compare the influence of different incisions for patients with total hip replacement.Methods:72 patients treated with total hip replacement in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into A group(routine surgery group) 36 cases and B group(minimally invasive incision surgery group) 36 cases,then the serum CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and D-dimer of two groups before and after the surgery were detected and compared.Results:The serum CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and D-dimer of B group after the surgery at first and third day were all lower than those of A group,all P0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion:The minimally invasive incision total hip replacement can significantly relieve inflammation,decrease stimulation and avoid occurrence of thrombus.
