中药内服外治治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察当归四逆汤加减内服配合中药局部敷熨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组口服当归四逆汤加减并配合中药局部敷熨;对照组口服扶他林肠溶片(双氯芬酸纳缓释片);两组均以2周为1个疗程,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组临床控制17例,显效18例,有效4例,无效1例;对照组临床控制8例,显效16例,有效12例,无效4例。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归四逆汤加减内服配合中药敷熨治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Sini Decoction for oral combining with partial fomentation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：80 subjects were randomized into two groups,treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by Danggui Sini Decoction for oral combining with partial fomentation,and opposite group in which 40 cases were treated by Voltaren（sustained-release tablets of diclofenac） for oral,with a course of two weeks,to two groups＇ efficacy were compared.Results：In treatment group 17 cases were under control,18 cases markedly effective,4 cases were improved,1 ineffective;In control group 8 cases were under control,16 cases markedly effective,12 cases were improved,4 cases ineffective.Two groups＇ efficacy analysis by statistics had difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：This therapy is quite effective for knee osteoarthritis.
