摘　　要：目的:观察调和脾胃、疏肝理脾法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组以中药调和脾胃、疏肝理脾治疗;对照组35例以奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.11%,对照组为60%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调和脾胃、疏肝理脾法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,临床疗效较好,值得临床推方应用。Objective：To observe the harmonic taste,diversitying spleen method treatment bile reverse flow sex gastritis healing effect.Methods：80 cases were randomly divided into two groups,points to traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the spleen and stomach,diversitying spleen treatment;35 cases in control group gave amoxicillin and ogilvy xining treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%,control group was 60%,two groups of comparisons,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Harmonic taste,diversitying spleen method treatment bile reverse flow sex gastritis can get good effect,is worth of clinical application.
