摘　　要：目的:探讨和总结异位妊娠患者早期诊断及治疗方法。方法:根据异位妊娠的诊断标准确定病例,输卵管妊娠主要采取输卵管切除术,一部分患者采取药物治疗,根据80例异位妊娠患者的具体情况,实施科学的、合理的治疗,观察疗效。结果:6例发生术后大出血、7例发生伤口感染,经积极治疗,患者均痊愈出院,住院平均天数为7d。结论:异位妊娠应早发现、早诊断,根据患者具体情况,选择合理恰当的治疗方法,有助于患者的早日康复。Objective：To evaluate and summarize ectopic pregnancy in patients with early diagnosis and treatment.Methods：According to the diagnostic criteria of ectopic pregnancy confirmed cases of tubal pregnancy mainly taken salpingectomy,part of the patients to take medication,according to 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients with specific conditions,the implementation of scientific and reasonable treatment effects were observed.Results：6 cases of postoperative bleeding,7 cases of wound infection,patients were discharged from hospital with the active treatment,the average number of days hospitalized was about 7 d.Conclusion：The ectopic pregnancy early discovery,early diagnosis,according to patient circumstances,reasonable and appropriate treatment options to help patients with early recovery.
