摘 要:以麦秆纤维为增强材料、氨基树脂为基体制备了麦秆纤维/氨基树脂模塑料。利用碱、乙酸、偶联剂KH550、KH370处理了麦秆纤维,研究了经不同方法处理的麦杆纤维对模塑料流动性、模塑收缩率、力学性能的影响。结果表明:麦秆纤维的处理效果对模塑料的性能影响很大,以添加偶联剂KH550的碱麦秆纤维模塑料综合性能最优,流动性提高了16%,模塑收缩率减小了47%,弯曲强度提高到87.63MPa,冲击强度增大到1.98kJ/m2,动态力学性能和耐热性能均有明显改善。Amino resin mould plastics were prepared from straw fiber as reinforced materials and amino resin as polymeric matrix.The straw fiber was processed by alkali,acid,KH550 and KH370.The effects of different treatment methods on flow,molding shrinkage,mechanical properties of mould plastic were studied.The results showed that the surface treatment methods of straw fiber influenced the interfacial compatibility evidently.The performance of mould plastics was excellent when the straw fiber was processed by alkali and KH550.The flow enhanced by 16%.The molding shrinkage decreased by 47%.The bending strength was 87.63MPa,and the impact strength was 1.98kJ/m^2.The mechanical properties and thermal stability had obviously improvement.
