摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合方法在聚丁二烯(PB)上接枝苯乙烯(St)和丙烯腈(AN)单体,合成了一系列不同核壳比的ABS改性剂,将其与氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)熔融共混制得CPVC/ABS共混物,研究了ABS核壳比对CPVC/ABS共混物结构与性能的影响。动态力学分析结果表明:CPVC与接枝SAN不相容;扫描电子显微镜发现:ABS3在CPVC基体中分散最好,而ABS1和ABS5都有不同程度的聚集;力学测试显示:CPVC/ABS共混物的冲击性能随核壳比增大先增加后减小,拉伸强度并无明显变化。A series of PB-g-SAN copolymers(ABS) modifier with different core-shell ratios were synthesized by grafting styrene(St) and acrylonitrile(AN) onto polybutadiene(PB) with seed emulsion polymerization.Then the CPVC/ABS blends were prepared by blending these ABS impact modifiers with chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC).The effect of core-shell ratio of ABS on structure and properties of CPVC/ABS blends were investigated.The results of dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) indicated that CPVC was not miscible with grafted SAN in ABS.The morphology results showed that ABS3 uniformly dispersed in CPVC,while ABS1 and ABS5 had a serious agglomeration.The mechanical properties tests displayed the impact strength of the blends increased and then decreased with the increase of the core-shell ratio of ABS,and the tensile strength was changed scarcely.
