摘  要:主要对毛梾(Cornus wateri)种子的萌发特性和解除休眠技术进行了探讨。采用称重、测量、解剖等方法,研究种子形态结构、吸水特性,TTC法研究种子活力,内含物测定及通过白菜种子萌发实验,研究萌发抑制物的存在。低温层积,变温层积,水浸处理相比较方法,研究种子休眠打破技术。研究结果表明,毛梾为综合休眠型种子,以机械处理和温水浸种打破种子休眠确定毛梾种子存在机械障碍引起的休眠,以低温层积和变温层积确定存在生理休眠。采用不同处理方法比照,结果表明,采用野外低温层积催芽效果最好,发芽率达46.7%。发芽率为直接播种的114倍。发芽时间提前了110 d。变温层积以25℃40 d转入0~4℃40 d处理效果最好,发芽率达22.3%。The techniques of germination and breaking dormancy of Comus wateri seed were discussed in this paper. The existanee of germination inhibitors was proved by seed morphology, water absorption, TTC method for seed vigor, inclusion determination and cabbage seed germination experiment, which was carried out by weighing flooding ,measuring, and anatomy and so on. Cold stratification, treatment was used to research the techniques of breaking temperature stratification, compared with seed dormancy. The results showed that establish the existence of physiological dormancy. By using different treatment methods, the results showed that cold stratification for germination was the best,and the rate of germination was up to 46.7% ,which was 114 times of direct seeding. Germination time was 110 days in advance. In all temperature tratfication , the effect of treatmeant which stratified from 25 ℃ lasted 40 days into 0℃ to 4 ℃ lasted in 40 days was the best, and the germination rates were up to 22.3 %.
