摘  要:以开花忽地笑鳞茎为材料,研究在较高温度及不同时长催花过程中鳞茎内的水分含量、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、淀粉酶活性及水溶性蛋白质含量变化。经过较高温度处理,忽地笑鳞茎内的水分呈现先升高后降低的趋势,淀粉含量明显持续下降,淀粉酶活性总体上呈现升高-降低-升高趋势,总可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量总体上则先降低后升高的趋势。不同处理温度与时间,忽地笑鳞茎内碳水化合物含量均有显著差异。经高温催花处理,忽地笑提前抽薹与开花,并且花期持续时间延长。Moisture contents, Carbohydrate contents (include soluble sugar contents and starch contents), amylase activity and soluble protein contents were performed to investigate the effect of high temperature on the bulb of Golden lycoris (Lycoris aurea Herb. ). Moisture contents increased and then decreased, starch contents decreased sharply and continuously, while amylase activity showed the tendency of Increased-Declined-Increased . As a general tendency, the contents of total soluble sugar and protein decreased firstly , and then increased. Carbohydrate contents were markedly different according to various treatment temperatures and storage durations. Nearly all Golden lycoris blossomed ahead of time which passed through the high temperature treatment compared with CK. And the flowering season duration were longer than CK.
