摘 要:采用直接分散和二次分散两种方法分别制备了邻甲酚醛环氧树脂/核壳粒子(ECN/CSP)共混物,并对其微观形态、力学性能和热性能进行了测试表征。结果表明,采用二次分散法制备的ECN/CSP共混物的力学性能明显优于直接分散法。当CSP用量为8份时,采用二次分散法可制备综合性能较好的ECN/CSP共混物。ECN/CSP blends were prepared respectively by the method of direct dispersion and twice dispersion, the micro- morphology, mechanical properties and thermal properties of the blends were characterized by SEM ,DMA ,TGA,SEM and so on. The results showed that the mechanical properties of ECN/CSP blend which prepared by twice dispersion method were obviously better than the blends which prepared by direct dispersion method. When the dosage of CSP was 8 phr, ECN/CSP blend with better comprehensive properties could be prepared by twice dispersion method.
