摘  要:针对二甲苯吸附室压降异常的现象,阐述其对对二甲苯(PX)收率和纯度的影响,分析导致吸附室压降异常的原因,并提出防止压降异常的主要措施。针对工业装置发生压降异常的实例,提出采取反向冲洗措施可以暂时降低吸附室压降,适度增加冲洗流量和时间有利于冲洗效果。The effect of abnormity pressure drop in xylene adsorption chamber on the recovery rate and purity of paraxylene at adsorption-separation unit is described. By analyzing the causes of abnormity pressure drop,countermeasures to prevent this happening were proposed. In the case study of a commer cial unit having such trouble, backwashing measure was recommended to reduce the pressure drop in xylene adsorption chamber temporarily,an increase of flow rate and wash time would benefit the effect of backwashing in some ways.
