摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2-SiO2复合载体,并进而制备出Ni2P/TiO2-SiO2催化剂。在小型连续流动固定床反应器上以喹啉为模型化合物,考察复合载体的制备条件对催化剂加氢脱氮活性的影响。实验结果表明,复合载体的最佳制备条件为:n(Ti)∶n(Si)=1∶2,n(CTAB)∶n(TBOT)=1∶5,溶胶pH值为3,载体焙烧终温550℃。采用最佳载体制备Ni2P/TiO2-SiO2催化剂,在反应温度360℃、氢分压3MPa、体积空速3h-1、氢油体积比500的条件下,喹啉的加氢脱氮率可达到93.2%。TiO2-SiO2 complex support was prepared by sol-gel method and the effect of the prepara- tion conditions on the hydrodenitrogenation (HDN)performance of Ni2 P/TiO2-SiO2 catalyst was investigated. Test results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of TiO2-SiO2 complex support were obtained as follows:n(Ti) : n(Si)=l : 2,n(CTAB) : n(TBOT) =1: 5,a sol pH of 3.0 and a final calcination temperature of 550℃. The HDN performance of the prepared Ni2 P/TiO2-SiO2 catalyst was evaluated on a small continuous fixed-bed reactor using quinoline as model compound under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 360℃ ,hydrogen partial pressure of 3 MPa,hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 500 and a LHSVof 3.0 h-1 ,the HDN rate of quinoline reached 93.2%.
