摘 要:根据高清洁汽油的发展趋势及其要求,结合中国汽油池催化裂化汽油高达70%以上的特点,在生物基醇醚燃料制备价值工程研究的基础上,提出了通过多重耦合制备醇醚燃料来破解汽油升级与乙醇汽油困局的发展思路,分别针对叔烷基醚及ETBE制备提出了复合精馏-萃取和精馏-萃取耦合分离纯化工艺,并以ETBE为例进行了过程模拟与实验研究,结果表明,两种工艺可分别使醇醚分离能耗降低约25%和52%以上,尤其是以ETBE/乙醇的耦合分离纯化技术为杠杆,联产制备ETBE和脱水乙醇,甚至还可包括联合制备TAEE/THEE,可对醇醚燃料发展及炼油、汽油池价值提升产生积极的杠杆效应。Meeting the needs and trend of clean gasoline development, combined with the characteristics of gasoline pool in China,and based on value engineering, the technique of multi-coupling prepara tion for bio-ethanol-based alcohol ether fuels is put forward to relieve the problems arising from gasoline upgrade and gasohol. New processes for preparing tertiary alkyl ether(s), especially ETBE by composi ring distillation-extraction and coupling separation are proposed, and a case study of ETBE involving process simulation,experiment and value analysis is conducted. It can be seen that the energy consump tions of compositing distillation-extraction process and process coupling distillation-extraction with separation-purification are much lower than those of the conventional processes, a 25 % reduction and a 52% reduction of energy consumption is observed,respectively. By applying the technique of coupling separa tion of ETBE/ethanol,the leverage of raising the value of TAEE/THEE preparation and/or even oil refi ning/gasoline pool will take effect.
