摘 要:通过实验室冷态模型试验,测定PV型高效旋风分离器对油页岩颗粒的分离性能,考察入口气速、排气管直径对分离器分离效率的影响,并对比研究旋风分离器对油页岩和滑石粉两种不同物料的分离效率差别。结果表明:同一旋风分离器对不同物料的分离效率差别显著;对油页岩分离效率最高的分离器入口气速比对滑石粉分离效率最高的分离器入口气速低许多;排气管直径改变对分离效率最高的分离器入口气速基本无影响;排气管直径越小,分离效率越高,分离器的操作弹性越好。颗粒种类对旋风分离器分离效率的影响在油页岩旋风分离器的设计和应用中应予以充分考虑。Cold model experiments were carried out to determine the separation efficiency of oil shale particles in a PV type cyclone separator. Effects of inlet velocity and vortex-finder diameter on the separation efficien cy were examined,and the separation differences between oil shale particles and talcum powder were compared. It is shown that with the same cyclone separator, significant differences exist in the efficiency curves of these two materials;the inlet velocity of the highest separation efficiency for oil shale is much lower than that for talc;the change of vorte^finder diameter seems to have little effect on the inlet velocity for obtaining the highest separa tion efficiency. With the decrease of vortex-finder diameter,the separation efficiency increases and operation flexibility improves. These results indicate that the differences in particle types should be considered during the design and application of cyclone separators in oil shale processes.
