摘 要:随着便携式电子产品市场占有额的不断扩大,对耐指纹电镀钢板的需求量进一步增加,从而推动了对耐指纹涂料研究的发展。文章概述了耐指纹涂料自20世纪80年代至今的研发历程,结合国内外的研究成果,总结了耐指纹涂料的主要组成(如:钝化剂、成膜树脂、填料、助剂以及溶剂等),从环保角度出发,介绍了无铬耐指纹涂料所使用的几种常见无铬钝化处理剂,同时重点讨论了涂料各组分的作用及对耐指纹涂料综合性能的影响,并对耐指纹涂料的发展前景进行了展望。With the growth of market share of portable electronics products, the demand for electroplated fingerprint resistant steel has further increased, thus promoted the research of fingerprint resistant coatings. This paper has described the development course of fingerprint resistant coatings since 1980s, combined with the research results of at home and abroad, summarized the main components of fingerprint resistant coatings ( e. g. passivator, film - forming materials, fillers, additives and solvent, etc) ,mainly discussed the role of various components and their influence on performance of fingerprint resistant coatings. The paper also listed some chrome -free passivative agents for fingerprint resistant coatings as viewed from environmental protection. The development of fingerprint resistant coatings in the future was prospected.
