摘  要:针对手工检测大型曲轴主轴颈直线度耗时长、测量精度易受人工影响的现状,采用最小二乘法原理测量曲轴主轴颈的直线度,设计了大型曲轴校直机在线检测系统。考虑曲轴自重对检测值的影响,基于有限元法和二次插值法,提出了重力挠度消除算法。实验表明,重力挠度消除算法计算值和手工测量值相比,最大误差小于0.007mm。在线检测系统已在YH40-160校直机上应用,检测时间由过去手工检测的30min缩短为4s。Based on the existing state of manual measuring the main shaft neck straightness of crankshaft with the features of long time spending and precision easily influenced by manual work,an online measuring system of large-sized crankshaft straightening press was designed according to the method of least squares to measure the main shaft neck straightness of crankshaft.Considering the influences of gravity on measuring value,a gravity deflection elimination algorithm was proposed through finite element method and the second degree interpolation algorithms.And the experimental results expresses that the maximal errors are less than 0.007mm between the calculation values from elimination algorithm and the values from manual measurement.The online measuring system was applied in YH40-160 straightening press and the time spending is decreased to 4 seconds which is 30 minutes in manual measurement.
