摘　　要：目的评价尿道会师牵引术治疗早期后尿道断裂的临床效果。方法对112例骨盆骨折后尿道断裂患者行尿道会师牵引术,术后一般留置尿管6周,拔管前经尿管周围注入造影剂行尿道造影了解尿道愈合情况,拔管后配合尿道扩张。结果术后随访1~5年,112例治愈96例,治愈率85.7%。结论此术式简便、安全、有效,可显著提高后尿道断裂一期治愈率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of urethral realignment with traction for the early treatment of posterior urethral rupture.Methods 112 cases of posterior urethral rupture because of complicated pelvic fracture underwent urethral realignment with traction.Catheters 2.4 to 3.0 mm in diameter were laid in the urethra for 6 weeks after the operation.Constrast medium was injected into urethras to discover recoveries of urethras before pulling out urinary canals,matching with the treatment of urethral sounding after pulling out urinary canals.Results The follow-up time was 1 to 5 years.The cure rate was 85.7%（96/112）.Conclusion The stated approach for the treatment of posterior urethral disruption was safe,simple and highly effective.
