摘 要:目的:探讨参与雌激素合成和代谢的CYP17和CYP1A2基因多态性与成都地区子宫肌瘤发病的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,对100例子宫肌瘤患者和100例对照组人群CYP17基因启动子区T-C多态和CYP1A2基因2964位点G-A多态性进行分析。结果:两组均存在CYP17基因T-C多态,但两组基因型TT、TC、CC频率和等位基因T、C频率的比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均存在CYP1A2基因G-A多态,但两组基因型GG、GA、AA频率和等位基因G、A频率的比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CYP17基因启动子区T-C多态和CYP1A2基因2964位点G-A多态性与成都地区子宫肌瘤发病风险无相关性。Objective:To explore the relationship between gene polymorphisms of CYP17 and CYP1A2 who participate in the synthesis and metabolism of estrogen and the occurrence of hysteromyoma in Chengdu. Methods:PCR-RFLP was used to analyze T-C polymorphism in CYP17 gene promoter region and G-A polymorphism in 2964 locus of CYP1A2 gene in 100 patients with hysteromyoma and 100 cases in control group. Results:T-C polymorphism of CYP17 gene existed in the two groups,but there was no significant difference in the frequencies of TT genotype,TC genotype and CC genotype,T allele and C allele between the two groups(P0.05);G-A polymorphism of CYP1A2 gene existed in the two groups,but there was no significant difference in the frequencies of GG genotype,GA genotype and AA genotype,G allele and A allele(P0.05). Conclusion:There is no correlation between T-C polymorphism in CYP17 gene promoter region,G-A polymorphism in 2964 locus of CYP1A2 gene and the risk of occurrence of hysteromyoma in Chengdu.
