撬拨复位“张力带”石膏固定术治疗跟骨骨折26例

摘　　要：目的:探讨撬拨复位"张力带"石膏固定术治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:我科采用撬拨复位"张力带"石膏固定术治疗跟骨关节内骨折26例29足,通过患者术后足踝部功能恢复情况评价治疗效果。结果:本组患者25例获得随访,1例失访。术后随访5～38个月。均无钉道感染等其他并发症发生。功能评价:Sanders II型优15足,良3足,差0足;Sanders Ⅲ型优4足,良3足,差2足;Sanders IV型良1足,差1足。总体优良率89.7%。结论:撬拨复位"张力带"石膏固定术治疗跟骨骨折操作简单、创伤小、疗效确切,适合在各级医院推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of poking reduction combined with ＂tension band＂ gypsum fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods： 26 patients with intraarticular calcaneal frac-tures（29 feet） were treated by poking reduction combined with ＂tension band＂ gypsum fixation.The effect of the operation was evaluated by the functional recovery of the foot and ankle after the operation.Results： One patient was loss to follow-up.Twenty-five patients were followed-up from 5 months to 38 months with an average 15.6 months.There were no pin track infection and other complications occurred.Functional evaluation： in Sanders II type,excellent results was 15 feet,good was 3 feet,no case was poor;in Sanders III type,excellent results was 4 feet,good was 3 feet,poor was 2 feet;in Sanders IV type,good was 1 foot,poor was 1 foot.The total rate of ex-cellent and good clinical results was 89.7%.Conclusion： It showed to us that the technique of poking reduction combined with ＂tension band＂ gypsum fixation was liable to operate with little invasion and could provide exact efficiency,which is worthy of popularization in hospitals of all levels.
