PFNA微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析应用AO股骨近端髓内钉-抗螺旋刀片(PFNA)微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:65岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折24例,均经闭合复位、小切口置入PFNA固定。结果:骨折全部愈合,无髋内翻、内固定切出、骨不连、内固定松动等并发症,优良率95.8%。结论:PFNA能很好地防止旋转及塌陷,创伤小、并发症少,可早期负重,是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折理想的内固定物。Objective： To examine the clinical curative effect of applying AO femur myelin nail-resist blade（PFNA） microinvensive therapy on the thick pad between the thigh bone fractures of old people.Methods： The incision into PFNA fixed was performed on twenty-four patients older than 65 years with the thick pad between the thigh bone fractures,after closed clear.Results： Bone fractures were cured for all patients.There were no complications including coxa vara,cut out the regular,unconnected bone and the regular loose.The excellent rate was 95.8%.Conclusion： PFNA is able to prevent rotation and collapse,with the advantages including small scar,less complications and weight bearing in an early stage.It is an ideal internal fixation for the thick pad between the thigh bone fractures of old people.
