摘　　要：目的：探讨Foley管在小儿光滑食管异物中的临床疗效。方法：5例小儿患者均在无麻下用Foley管行食管异物取出术。结果：5例患者均顺利取出异物。手术时间1~3min,无需住院,无并发症。随访1周~3个月无不适。结论：Foley管在小儿光滑扁平食管异物取出中疗效确切安全,手术时间短,易于学习掌握,适于基层医院实施,值得推广。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy with Foley tubes taken paediatric smooth esophageal foreign bodies.Methods：5 paediatric patients without anesthesia were taken esophageal foreign bodies with Foley tubes.Result：5 patients were taken foreign bodies successfully,the operation times were 1 mimute to 3 minutes,without complitations.Follow-up in 1week to 3 monthes having no discomfort.Conclusin： the curative effect with Foley tube method is definite and safe in the paediatric flat smooth foreign bodies,which is easy to learn with short operation time,and suitable for basic-level hospital implementation,worthing popularization.
