雾化吸入治疗喘息性疾病患儿不良反应的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨雾化吸入治疗喘息性疾病患儿的护理。方法:对724例喘息性疾病患儿的雾化治疗进行严密观察,及时发现异常情况及不良反应,进行原因分析,并给予护理指导。结果:163例中异常情况及不良反应中,152例经合适的护理指导,均顺利完成治疗,11例中断治疗,雾化的完成率为93.3%。结论:通过原因分析和特殊的护理指导,可以提高雾化吸入的成功率,对临床雾化治疗有一定的护理指导意义。Objective：To discuss nursing maneuver of inhalation treatment in children with asthmatic dis-ease.Methods： 724 children with asthmatic disease treated with inhalation were carefully observed.We detected anomalies and adverse reactions timely,and gave guidelines according to causes.Results： 163 children had ad-verse reactions.152 children of them were successfully completed treatment with appropriate nursing guidelines.The other 11 children couldn＇t complete the therapy.The completion rate of inhalation treatment was 93.3%.Conclusions： Nursing guidelines according to causes can improve success rate of the therapy.
