摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗性逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)围术期护理要点。方法:回顾分析70例治疗性ERCP病人资料,总结术前准备、术中及术后观察及护理体会。结果:ERCP成功68例(插管失败2例),乳头肌切开(EST)39例,鼻胆管引流(ENBD)48例,内支架置入(ERBD)11例,其中63例为选择性胆管或胰管显影;术后并发症发生率为4.5%。结论:术前针对性心理护理是十二指肠镜手术成功的保证;熟练的操作技术和术后的精心观察护理是减少并发症的关键。Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursing points of therapeutic endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）.Methods： We retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 70 patients which had therapeutic ERCP,analyzed preoperative preparation,intraoperative and postoperative observation and nursing care.Results： There were 68 patients have a good operation while 2 failed;there were 39 cases were done endo-scopic sphincterotomy operation,48 cases were done endoscopic nasobiliary drainage and 11 cases were endo-scopic retrograde biliary drainage while 63 cases had radiography of bile duct or pancreatic duct.The rate post-operative complication was 4.5%.Conclusion： Preoperative psychological care is targeted to the success of duo-denal surgery.Skilled technique and careful observation of postoperative care can reduce complications.
