摘 要:针对医疗保健领域人体生理监护需要,提出基于信号质量评估的可穿戴动态连续血压监护。首先通过集成在服装上的心电和脉搏传感器拾取人体生理信号,并采用低功耗微处理器,实现信号的同步采集、特征提取;然后基于脉搏波速法(PWV)获得血压的连续测量值;最后,从人体生命体征信号的质量评估入手,导出了反映信号质量高低的信号质量指数(Signal Quality Index,SQI),用卡尔曼滤波方法有效地识别信号趋势的变化和噪音干扰,通过信号质量控制来改善信号估计的质量。To meet the requirements of personal physiological signal transmissions,we proposed an based on the signal quality assessment of wearable dynamic continuous blood pressure monitoring.System front-end sensor acquisition module integrated in the clothes from the ECG sensors and pulse sensors,through effective algorithm on cardiac and pulse wave radio feature point extraction,using the MSP430 low-power microprocessors,to achieve signal synchronization,sampling,real-time display and remote monitoring,to achieve a sleeveless with a continuous measurement of blood pressure.Signs of life from the human body the signal quality assessment deduced that reflect the level of signal quality of the signal quality index(Signal Quality Index,SQI),with the Kalman filtering method is effective in identifying changes in trends in the signal and noise interference,through the signal quality control to improve the signal estimation quality.
