摘 要:以油松籽油、二乙烯三胺、氯化苄为原料,合成了咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂Y-1,用失重法、极化曲线法评价了Y-1及其与硫脲复配后的新型缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。结果表明:缓蚀剂Y-1在盐酸体系中对A20钢有很好的缓蚀效果,由Y-1和硫脲复配的新型缓蚀剂在柠檬酸体系中对A20钢的缓蚀效率在99.65%以上,并且二者都具有很好的热稳定性;缓蚀剂Y-1和复配缓蚀剂均能有效地抑制阴极的腐蚀过程。Using pinus tabulaeformis seed oil, diethylene triamine and benzyl chloride as raw materials, the imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt (Y-1) was synthesized. Combined with thioureas, the corrosion inhibiting capacity of Y 1 and the combined corrosion inhibitor were evaluated by weight-loss method and polarization tests. The results show that the prepared Y-1 in hydrochloride acid series has very good corrosion inhibiting effect on A20 steel. The corrosion inhibiting effect of the new corrosion inhibitor which combined Y 1 and thioureas in citric acid series reaches 99.65%. Both of them have very good thermal stability. The imidazoline derivative Y-1 and the mixed corrosion inhibitor are found to inhibit cathode corrosion reactions effectively.
