摘　　要：总结3例海洛因中毒性脑病患者的护理经验。通过心理指导、防止误吸、安全防护、消毒隔离等护理措施后,患者能配合治疗。3例患者出院时能行走,无精神症状,无复吸。1例随访2年后因恶性肿瘤死亡。This paper summarizes the expeirence of nursing care for three patients with toxic encephalopathy induced by heroin. The key points were psychological nursing,prevention of aspiration,safety protections,disinfection and isolation. The patients cooperated with the treatment well and could walk by themselves without psychiatric symptoms and aspiration. Follow-up for two years,one patient died due to cancer.
