摘　　要：目的:分享广州亚运城运动员村医疗门诊部药房的药学服务工作经验。方法:建立药房服务理念和全面质量管理体系。结果与结论:通过精心准备、严格培训、团队合作,药房团队以高度的政治责任感、使命感和饱满的工作热情、熟练的业务技能和英语交流水平,为亚运会的体育健儿、中外贵宾、残障人士以及亚运村的工作人员、志愿者提供了全方位细致、周到的个体化药学服务。OBJECTIVE：To share experience of pharmaceutical care in the pharmacy of the medical clinic of athlete village of Guangzhou Asian Games City in 2010.METHODS：Pharmacy service concept and comprehensive quality management system were established.RESULTSCONCLUSION：Through careful preparation,strict training,team cooperation,pharmacy team provided all-directional circumspect individual pharmaceutical care for the athletes,foreign guests,disabilities,staff and volunteers with high sense of responsibility and mission,full enthusiasm for work,well-trained professional skills and English communication skills.
