锁定钢板与双切口双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效对比分析

摘　　要：[目的]比较双切口双钢板与锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析某院自2006年1月～2010年12月间治疗的112例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,其中52例行锁定钢板内固定治疗,为A组,60例行双切口双钢板治疗,为B组,观察比较两组的手术效果。[结果]两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后负重的时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间的比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。经过随访,所有患者均取得了较好的疗效。两组患者的膝关节的功能恢复方面差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]在治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折方面,锁定钢板内固定可以获得与双切口双钢板相似的治疗结果,临床治疗效果满意,值得在临床推广应用。To compare the curative effect of double incision double steel and locking plate internal fixation for complex tibial plateau fracture.[Methods]A retrospective study of 112 patients who had clinical information with complex fracture of tibial plateau treated in our hospital since Jan.2006 Dec.,2010.52 patients were treated with routine locking plate fixation,as group A.60 patients were treated with routine double incision double steel treatment,as group B,observed and compared the operation effect in the two groups.[Results]After the comparison of the operation time,peri-operative bleeding and postoperative load time,fracture healing time,time of hospitalization of the two groups,there were no significant differences（P﹥0.05）.After follow-up,all patients were achieved good effect.The patients＇ functional recovery of knee joint was not different（P﹥0.05）.[Conclusion]In the treatment of fracture of complicated tibial plateau,locking plate can obtain the similar treatment results as double incision double steel,can achieve good clinical effect.It is worth of clinical promotion.
