摘　　要：某型雷达天线罩的陶瓷锥体在静强试验中发生断裂。通过采用扫描电镜对断口进行宏观和微观检验分析了断裂的原因。结果表明:陶瓷锥体发生了脆性断裂,这是由于粘接处理不当所致。The ceramic cone of radome was fractured in static strength test. Macro and micro morphology of the fracture surface was observed by scanning electronic microscope to analyze the fracture reason. The results showed that the brittle fracture occured in the ceramic cone by improper bonding processing.
