摘　　要：制约中国能源革命的技术、经济、政治与文化变革是通过法律变革实现的,法律变革因此成为能源革命从情景走向现实的契机。然而,法律变革远比能源革命更为艰巨。中国法律变革任重道远,需要法律人的努力。The restriction of technology of China＇ s energy revolution, economy, politics and culture changes is realized through the legal revolution; therefore, the legal revolution can be the opportunity for that the energy revolution from scene goes to reality. However, the legal revolution is far more difficult than the energy revolution ; China＇ s legal revolution has the heavy burden and long road, which wants the hard work of the legal workers.
