摘　　要：电磁起动器特别适用于频繁操作、重负荷的矿山机电设备中,为了更好地为企业创造效益和更安全地保护操作者的人身安全,必须要求工作人员对设备的原理和常见故障进行理论分析和处理。本文从理论上出发,总结了电磁起动器常见故障的排除方法,这也是整个企业良好运行的基本保证。QCZ83-225 vacuum electromagnetic starter for explosive gas(methane mixture) mine,in AC 50Hz,voltage up to 660V power system,as a local or remote control frequency and voltage level of the corresponding Flameproof Three phase squirrel cage induction motor starting or stopping use,and can be charged with reversing the motor stops,while the motor and the circuit overload,short circuit,phase,main circuit leakage locking(except R-outside),and loss of pressure protection.Electromagnetic starter especially for frequent operation,heavy-duty mining machinery and electrical equipment,also apply to have the same type of explosive gas mixtures industrial and mining enterprises,in order to create benefits for enterprises to better and more secure to protect the personal safety of the operator.Therefore,the engineers are familiar with its working principle and common faults are the basic guarantee for good performance of enterprises.
