摘 要:目的:检测冠心病(CHD)患者血清趋化因子(FKN)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平。方法:经冠脉造影确诊的CHD患者62例,其中稳定性心绞痛32例(SAP组),急性冠脉综合征30例(ACS组);另选经冠脉造影排除CHD者21例为对照。用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组患者血清FKN和IL-18的水平;记录Gensini积分,评价各组患者冠状动脉狭窄的严重程度。结果:3组患者血清FKN、IL-18水平gensini积分差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。与对照组和SAP组相比,ACS组血清FKN和IL-18水平升高(P<0.01)。CHD患者血清FKN水平与IL-18水平呈正相关(r=0.776,P<0.001),与gensini积分弱相关(rs=0.269,P=0.034)。结论:血清FKN和IL-18是CHD发病过程中的重要炎症介质,可能在ACS的发展中起重要作用。Aim:To investigate the changes of fractalkine(FKN) and interleukin-18(IL-18) in serum of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and explore the clinical significance.Methods:A total of 32 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP),30 cases of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and 21 cases control were collected.ELISA was used to detect the serum levels of FKN and IL-18,and gensini score was recorded.Results: There were significant differences in serum levels of FKN,IL-18 and gensini score among the three groups(F was 46.871,and 291.386,H=70.194,all P0.001).The serum level of FKN significantly increased in ACS group compared with those of control group and SAP group(P0.01).Liner regression showed that the serum FKN level of CHD patients was related to IL-18(r=0.776,P0.001),and weakly related to gensini score(rs=0.269,P=0.034).Conclusion:FKN and IL-18 may play important roles in the development of ACS.
