鸿雁人工养殖及放飞技术初步研究

摘  要:以向海自然保护区候鸟鸿雁为对象,进行人工养殖和放飞技术的初步研究,结果表明:在孵化箱内,种蛋的人工孵化期为30 d,与自然孵化时间基本相同;孵化温度先高后低,由37.9℃逐渐降至37.4℃,相对湿度则先低后高,由55%逐步提高至65%。饲料组分除提供充足的碳水化合物、蛋白质等以外,尤其要添加微量元素、矿物质元素和维生素,保证营养元素的全面性和均衡性。雏鸟在育雏箱饲养,1-7日龄,温度29℃-35℃之间,相对湿度45%,雏雁排便后,饲喂开口精料;8-15日龄,温度为25℃-30℃,湿度35%-45%;16-30日龄,放到室外常温饲养;满1月龄即可置于笼舍进行饲养,每一组的雌雄比例为10 1,3-4月龄后的雏鸟个体与成鸟相差无几。4月龄以后,便具有飞翔的基本能力,即可进行训练。笼舍必须每隔3 d消毒1次,雏鸟1周龄注射雁瘟疫苗,1个月后注射1次禽流感疫苗。A preliminary research on breeding and flying was conducted with a migratory bird,Anser cygnoides in Xianghai Nature Reserve.The artificial incubation period of egg was 30 d in incubator,similar to the natural incubation period.The temperature for incubation decrease from 37.9℃to 37.4℃ and the relative humidity increased from 55% to 65%.Besides,providing enough carbohydrate and protein,the forage should be added with microelements,mineral elements and vitamins to ensure the comprehensiveness and proportionality of nutrients.The 1-7 days old nestlings were bred in incubators with 29℃-35℃ and 45% relative humidity.Some concentrate feed were provided after nestlings defecated.The 8-15 days old nestlings were bred in incubators with 25℃-33℃ and 35%-45% relative humidity.The 16-30 days old fledglings were bred outdoor under natural conditions.The fledglings of one month old could be bred in cages,suitable proportion of female and male at 101.The figure of 3-4 months old fledgling was similar to adult.Fly training could be carried out after 4 months growth as the fledglings possessed basic ability to fly.The cages should be sanitized every 3 d.The nestlings should be inoculated with wild goose plague bacterin at 1 week old,and inoculated with bird flu bacterin at 1 month old.
