摘 要:针对星载激光告警系统的虚警问题,研究了星载环境下典型近红外告警探测器的辐射环境。分析了卫星环境下能够造成虚警的干扰辐射源,对各种辐射源在典型攻击激光波段的辐射特性进行了数值计算。结果表明:星载激光告警系统的主要背景辐射源为太阳和地球,在波长小于4μm的光谱区域,太阳辐射产生的背景干扰起主要作用,而在大于4μm的波长区域里,太阳辐射迅速衰减,地球辐射成为主要的背景辐射。在1.315μm COIL攻击激光波段,太阳辐射照度达到51.4 mW.cm-2,在10.6μm CO2威胁激光波长处,地球辐射值为2.43 mW.cm-2,需要重点抑制。闪电辐射是主要的目标干扰辐射源,在整个近红外波段的平均辐照度为几百mW.cm-2,需要采取相关探测技术克服。According to the false alarm problem happened in satellite-bome laser warning system, the radiation environment of typical near infrared detector worked in low earth orbit satellite was studied. The radiation sources in space environment which could cause false alarm of laser warning system were analyzed. The radiation characteristics of various sources were discussed and calculated individually. The results show that the main background radiation sources of satellite-borne laser warning system are the sun and the earth. When the wavelength is less than 4 μm, solar radiation plays a major role. Earth radiation will be the major background radiation as the solar radiation decreases rapidly in more than 4 μm spectrum. The spectral irradiance of solar radiation is 51.4 mW·cm^-2 at 1.315 μm which is the wavelength of attack laser COIL. And the earth radiation intensity value reaches 2.43 mW·cm^-2 as the wavelength 10.6 μm of the threaten CO2 laser. The background radiation caused by solar and earth need to focus on suppression. Lightning is the main radiation source which can interfere the detection of threaten laser. In the near infrared band, the average spectral irradiance of lightning reaches several hundred mW ·cm^-2. Thus, the effective related detection techniques must be studied to overcome the influence of lightning radiation .
