摘 要:为了快速准确测量牛乳乳糖成分,依据光折射理论,提出了牛乳乳糖质量分数的快速准确测量方法。牛乳乳糖溶液样品的获取、温度的影响、试样盒的形状是该测试方法的关键,根据测试要求和测量原理,进行了测试系统的硬件设计、制作和调试,依据乳糖溶液的浓度与CCD上记录的光斑位置存在唯一确定的函数关系,并利用测试系统进行了实验测量,证明了测试方法的正确性,达到了测量目的,即通过"△"形试样盒测试法测量牛乳乳糖的质量分数达到了0.1%的精确度要求,符合国家乳品业测量标准。The detection method of lactose mass fraction based on the laser refraction was adopted for quick and accurate determination of lactose content in the milk. The key points of the method were the sample of milk lactose, the temperature effect and the shape of the sample cases. According to determination requirements and principles, hardware design, fabrication and debugging of determination system were carried out. Different contents meaned different refractive indexes that was determined by different exiting beams' positions, which could be determinately recorded by CCD. A series of experiments were done using the proposed determination system and the results proved the correctness of the detection method. The actual experiments through "A" type sample case's determination method proved that this method turns out to be accurate and fulfils our goal, up to 0.1% accuracy in line with the national measurement standards of dairy industry.
