摘  要:利用人工授精技术对安卡红公鸡(8只)与单只笼养产蛋高峰期的朝鲜母鹌鹑(107只)进行属间杂交,收集标记母鹌鹑个体杂交种蛋4 024枚(平均每只收集杂交种蛋37.6枚)并同机入孵。经检测,平均受精率为24.85%,最低受精率的个体为0,最高为97.45%,表明属间远缘杂交的受精率低但个体间存在差异。依据个体受精率的高低将所测母鹌鹑分高、中、低3组,对高、低组母鹌鹑血清中抗鸡精子抗体进行对比检测分析,结果发现高受精率组与低受精率组抗精子抗体阳性检测率差异极显著(P<0.01),说明抗精子抗体对鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交的受精率具有重要影响。The hybrid experiment was proceeded between eight Ankao cocks and 107 single-raised Korea's female quail of the peak of eggs through the artificial insemination.The 4 024 eggs of crossing individual were collected from marked female quail(average 37.6) and hatched at the same time.The group fertilization rate was tested and showed that average is 24.85%,the lowest is 0% and the highest is 97.45% of individual fertilization rate.All tested female quail have been divided three groups of high,medium and low based on individual fertilization rate.Testing analysis for antisperm antibody of serum in high and low groups in contrast,the results showed that the antisperm antibody is extremely different and had a significant impact on the fertilization rate of Chicken-quail Hybrid.
