摘 要:在饲养模式相同的条件下,将陕西英考官池鸵鸟繁育中心的216只种鸵鸟随机分为试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和对照组,每组72只;对照组使用英考公司自制的鸵鸟饲料及药物正常饲养和预防,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别使用微生态制剂EM液和益生素拌料饲养,且不使用任何抗生素,分别于2004-2006年的2-11月进行为期9个月的饲养试验。结果表明,①试验Ⅰ组发病率分别比试验Ⅱ组和对照组高5.11%和15.26%(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组无鸵鸟死亡,试验Ⅱ组和对照组死亡率分别为1.85%和4.63%(P<0.05);②试验Ⅰ组产蛋分别比试验Ⅱ组和对照组高出314和901枚(P<0.01),其种蛋合格率也分别比试验Ⅱ组和对照组高出10.23%和22.95%(P<0.01);③试验Ⅰ组受精率分别比试验Ⅱ组和对照组高出9.76%和22.12%(P<0.01),孵化率分别比试验Ⅱ组和对照组高出14.83%和19.06%(P<0.01),健雏率分别比试验Ⅱ组和对照组高出11.94%和20.14%(P<0.01);④整个试验期结束后,饲养每只种鸵鸟试验Ⅰ组比试验Ⅱ组和对照组节省243和599.4元。可见,添加微生态制剂EM的饲料饲喂种鸵鸟效果非常明显,是目前鸵鸟养殖上比较好的微生态制剂,具有非常大的推广价值。The purpose of this research is to improve ostrich laying rate,breeding egg hatchability,and the health conditions of ostrich chick.Given the same feeding pattern,216 breeding ostriches from the breeding center of IKO ostriches Co.Ltd were randomly divided into three groups,72 ostriches each group,and named as experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡ,and the control group.Ostriches in the control group were fed with IKO-made forage and their own drugs to prevent diseases.By contrast,ostriches in experimental groupⅠwere fed with EM and experimental groupⅡwith probiotics,without any antibiotics in both groups.The feeding experiments were performed from February to November from 2004 to 2006.The results showed as follows,① Incidence of disease in experimental groupⅠwas higher than that in experimental groupⅡ and the control group by 5.11% and 15.26% respectively(P0.05).Mortality in experimental group I was 0.00%,and 1.85% in experimental groupⅡ,4.63% the control group(P0.05).② Ostriches in experimental groupⅠproduced 314 eggs more than that in experimental groupⅡ,and 901 eggs more than that in control group(P0.01).The qualified rate of breeding eggs in experimental groupⅠwas relevantly higher than that in experimental groupⅡ and control group by 10.23% and 22.95%(P0.01) respectively.{③ Fertility} rate in experimental groupⅠwas higher than that in experimental groupⅡ and control group by 9.76% and 22.12% respectively(P0.01).Hatching rate in experimental groupⅠwas higher than in experimental group Ⅱ and control group by 14.83% and 19.06% respectively(P{0.01}).The healthy chick rate in experimental groupⅠ was higher than in experimental groupⅡ and control group by 11.94% and 20.14% respectively(P0.01).④ Each breeding ostrich in experimental groupⅠcost less than in experimental groupⅡ and control group by 243 Yuan and 599.4 Yuan respectively.So the application of EM preparation in ostrich production is obvious beneficial and worth popularizing.
