摘 要:利用共沉淀法在云母基片上沉积四氧化三铁纳米颗粒薄层,制备带有黑色光泽的四氧化三铁包覆云母颜料,并探讨了各种实验条件对结果的影响。不同工艺条件,如pH、三价铁离子与二价铁离子的物质的量比、温度等不同因素,将带来不同的包覆效果,如包覆的平滑性、致密性及其颜色的深浅等。所制备样品通过HRSEM、XRD、Color i5型台式分光测色仪等手段进行表征。总结得到制备的最佳工艺参数:pH=9.2,c(氢氧化钠)=0.5 mol/L,n(三价铁离子)/n(二价铁离子)=1.6,反应温度为75℃。Experiments on preparation of Fe3O4 -- coated mica ( mica/Fe3O4) pearlescent pigment by co-precipitation method were performed to discuss influences of several crucial parameters on final products. It was also found that different coating effect including smoothness,compactness,and colour deepness were caused by different factors,such as pH,amount- of-substance ratio of Fe3+ to Fe2+ , and temperature. Samples were characterized by HRSEM, XRD, and Color i5 type color measurement device. Optimum preparation parameters of mica/Fe3O4 pearlescent pigment were obtained as follows:pH = 9.2, concentration of sodium hydroxide was O. 5 mol/L, amount-of-substance ratio of Fe^3+ to Fe^2+ was 1.6, and reaction temperature was 75 ℃.
