摘 要:[目的]得到芯壁材的最佳比例,为后续的多杀菌素微球制备工艺优化提供基础。[方法]采用乳化-溶剂挥发法,以聚乳酸(PLA)为成球材料制备多杀菌素微球。研究了不同芯壁材比对多杀菌素微球形态、粒径大小和包封率的影响规律。[结果]随着多杀菌素在微球中所占比例越大,多杀菌素越容易在微球表面形成不规则的结晶。[结论]芯壁材的最佳比例为不大于1:2。[Aims] The purpose of this research is obtaining the optimal mass ratio of core material to wall material, and providing the basic materials for the following study on optimizing process of preparation of spinosad microsphere. [Methods] Spinosad was prepared into microsphere using polylactic acid (PLA) as coating material by emulsion solvent evaporation method. The effects of ratio of core material to wall material on morphology, particle size and entrapment rate of spinosad microsphere were investigated. [Results] The greater the proportion of spinosad accounted in microsphere, the easier the irregular crystalline solid of spinosad formed on the surface of microsphere. [Conclusions] The ratio of spinosad to PLA is not more than 1:2.
