摘　　要：[目的]建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定水杨腈的定量分析方法。[方法]采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比48∶52)为流动相,流量为0.5 mL/min,柱温为30℃,选择230 nm为检测波长进行检测。[结果]方法的线性相关系数0.9997,标准偏差为0.20,平均回收率为99.8%。[结论]方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。[Aims] A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of 2-hydroxy- benzonitri. [Methods] The mobile phase was the mixture of aeetonitrile and water（48：52, by vol） flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, and a C18 column was used with column temperature at 30℃ and the detection wave length was 230 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the standard deviation was 0.20, and the average recovery was 99.8%. [Conclusions] The method is convenience, fast and accurate with good separation, and good linear correlations.
