摘 要:[目的]为了评价吡蚜酮、异丙威在水稻上残留动态和环境安全性。[方法]2009-2010年在湖南、福建、广西进行了残留动态试验,建立了高效快速检测方法。吡蚜酮样品用乙腈-丙酮(体积比85:15)提取,经Pesticarb/NH2柱净化,HPLC—UV检测;异丙威样品用丙酮、二氯甲烷提取,浓缩净化后,GC—FID检测。【结果】2年3地消解动态试验结果显示:吡蚜酮在土壤、植株中的残留消解半衰期分别为2.6-5.3、0.8-1.6d;异丙威在土壤、植株中的残留消解半衰期分别为1.7-4.1、0.8~2.6d。【结论】推荐剂量和1.5倍推荐剂量,各施药2、3次,收获期取样检测吡蚜酮和异丙威,各样品均未检测出。72%吡蚜酮·异丙威WG在水稻上使用安全。The purpose of this paper was to study residual dynamics and environmental safety of pymetrozine and isoprocarb in rice ecosystem. [Methods] The field trials on the dissipation and final residue of pymetrozine.isoproearb 72% WG were carried out in Hunan, Fujian and Guangxi province during 2009-2010. The samples of pymetrozine were extracted with aeetonitrile and acetone(85:15, by vol), concentrated and cleaned up by Pesticarb/NH2 SPE tubes, and determined using LC equipped with UV; the samples of isoprocarb were extracted with acetone and dichlormethane, concentrated and cleaned up, and determined using GC equipped with FID. [Results] The results showed that the half-lives of pymetrozine were 2.6- 5.3 d in soil, 0.8-1.6 d in paddy plants; and the half-lives of isoprocarb were 1.7-4.1 d in soil, 0.8-2.6 d in paddy plants of Hunan, Guangxi and Fujian province during two years, respectively. [Conclusions] No pymetrozine and isoprocarb residues were detected in rice at harvest season at recommended dose and 1.5 times recommended dose after treated 2 or 3 times. In conclusion, pymetrozine and isoprocarb 72% WG is safe in rice at recommended dose.
