摘  要:【目的】建立一种同时测定柑橘中醚菌酯、唑菌胺酯、肟菌酯和烯肟菌酯残留量的气相色谱方法。【方法】柑橘中的杀菌剂经乙腈提取,盐析,固相萃取小柱净化,采用气相色谱电子捕获检测器进行分离和测定,外标法定量。【结果】醚菌酯、肟菌酯、唑菌胺酯和烯肟菌酯检测限分别为5、5、10、10μg/kg,在方法的检测限与2000μg/kg范围内,线性相关系数大于0.9993,在所添加3个质量浓度水平下,方法的回收率为75%.95%,变异系数为4.0%。6.0%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、重现性好。[Aims] A sensitive and selective method was developed for the simultaneous determination of residues including kresoxim methyl, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin and enestroburin in oranges. [Methods] The above fungicides in oranges were extracted by acetonitrile, salted out and cleaned up by SPE, respectively. Separation and determination were made by gas chromatography at ECD with external standard method. [Results] The detection limits were 5 μg/kg for kresoxim methyl and trifloxystrobin, 10 μg/kg for pyraclostrobin and enestroburin. The calibration curves were good linear between area and the concentration of from the determination limits to 2 000μg/kg with the correlation coefficient more than 0.9993. The average recoveries from spiked samples at the three different concentrations ranged from 75 to 95% with coefficient of variation from 4.0 to 6.0%. [Conclusions] The method is simple, exact, and has a good reappearance.
