10％氨氯吡啶酸静电喷雾液剂防除紫茎泽兰室内药效试验

摘　　要：[方法]在温室内用静电喷雾器对紫茎泽兰喷施不同剂量的10%氨氯吡啶酸静电喷雾液剂和24%氨氯吡啶酸水剂。[结果]采用静电喷雾喷施10%氨氯吡啶酸静电喷雾液剂防除紫茎泽兰的推荐使用剂量为300 g a.i./hm2,与相同剂量的24%氨氯吡啶酸水剂在对紫茎泽兰的防效上进行比较,前者要比后者高20%以上。[结论]结果表明常规制剂不适合于静电喷雾;该剂量比常规喷雾喷施24%氨氯吡啶酸水剂防除紫茎泽兰的推荐使用剂量节省用药2.6倍左右。[Methods] Different dosages of picloram 10% ED and picloram 24% AS were sprayed to control Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng with electrostatic sprayer in the greenhouse. [Results] The recommended dosage of picloram 10% ED with electrostatic spraying on Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng was 300 g a.i./ha. The control effect of which was 20% higher than that of picloram 24% AS at the same dosage. [Conclusions] The results showed that conventional formulation isn＇t appropriate for electrostatic spraying. Compared to the recommended dosage of picloram 24% AS, the conventional formulation can save 260% of the picloram when controlling Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng.
