复方瓜子金配合氨溴特罗治疗小儿呼吸道感染后期咳嗽82例

摘　　要：目的观察复方瓜子金颗粒,氨溴特罗口服液治疗呼吸道感染后期咳嗽(病史1 W以上)的疗效。方法随机将150例患儿分为两组,治疗组82例,对照组68例,观察其疗效。结果 7 d显效率:治疗组82.93%,对照组27.94%;总有效率:治疗组96.34%,对照组73.53%。差异显著(P﹤0.01)。结论应用复方瓜子金颗粒,氨溴特罗口服液治疗呼吸道感染后期咳嗽,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective： To observe the effects of compound Herba Polygalae Japonicae and ambrocol in the treatment of cough after respiratory tract infection with a history of more than one week in children. Methods： 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 82 cases in the therapeutic group and 68 cases in the control group. The effects were observed. Results： After 7 days＇ treatment, the obviously effective rate of the therapeutic group was 82.93 %, and that of the control group was 27.94 % ; the total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 96.34 %, and that of the control group was 73.53 %. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion： Compound Herba Polygalae Japonicae and ambrocol have definite effect for the treatment of cough after respiratory tract infection, and are safe and reliable.
