灯盏花素注射液临床应用安全性的初步评价

摘　　要：目的初步评价灯盏花素注射液的临床应用安全性。方法调查统计我院2010年4～9月所有使用过灯盏花素注射液的住院患者病例和发生的不良反应,并分析其用药合理性与不良反应发生情况。结果共收集使用过灯盏花素注射液的住院患者病例765例,共涉及9个科室,19种疾病。收集不良反应8例,占1.05%。严格按照说明书应用药物的不良反应发生较少。结论严格按照药品说明书规定使用有利于提高灯盏花素注射液临床应用的安全性。Objective To generally evaluate the clinical safety of the Breviscapine injection. Methods Collect and research on the cases of Breviscapine injection in my hospital during the period of April and September 2010. Results Based on the 765 inpatient cases which involved 9 department and 19-odd diseases,whilst ADI：（ occurred in 8 cases（1.05% among the total）. The rate of drug adverse reaction was reduced when the applications followed the drug instructions. Conclusion The safety of clinical application would be enhanced by accurate operations that are strictly in line with the instructions of treatment.
