疏血通注射液大样本临床使用安全性分析

摘　　要：目的了解疏血通注射液临床使用及其安全性。方法用SPSS 13.0软件,统计分析疏血通注射液安全性监测数据9 897份。结果疏血通注射液用药患者的人数多集中在40岁以上,接近总例数的97%,用药患者男性多于女性。合并用药共涉及16大类药物,无合并用药的仅为9.3%。疏血通注射液不良反应发生率为0.9‰,不良反应的发生率仅与药物过敏史有关。结论所涉及的样本数据分析表明,疏血通注射液的有较低的不良反应发生率。Objective To understand the clinical use of Shuxuetong injection and its safety. Methods The 9 897 Prospective monitoring data of Shuxuetong injection comeing from 29 hospitals in Heflonjiang province was analyzed by statistical analysis software SPSS13.0. Results The number of Patients with the drugs more concentrated on above 40 years old, closed to the total 97%, and the men were more than women. Combined use of drugs was involving 16 categories, Shuxuetong injection used alone was only 9.3%. The rate of adverse reaction of the incidence is 0.9%, related with only a factor of drug allergy history. Conclusion The involved sample data analysis showed Shuxuetong injection had a lower rate of adverse reaction.
